UM Voice Mail - Completely accessible via both telephone-based voice commands and the Internet, WavPort® UM allows for complete voice mail message management in a VPIM-compliant system.

- Redial originating ANI of voice mail author
- Actively controls playback of messages with Fast-Forward, Pause/Resume, Rewind

UM Email - WavPort® UM gives existing, traditional subscriber email a voice. Subscribers can hear their email via text-to-speech, view email with other messaging sources (such as voice or fax) on a computer via the Internet, and send and receive email with other subscribers or through Internet interaction. Email may be forwarded or replied to in the usual method, or with a voice attachment.

UM Fax - All faxes are converted to an email by default, and delivered to an email address or a fax machine. Subscribers can retrieve their faxes over the Internet or by entering a destination number. Callers can leave a fax message in the subscriber's mailbox.

UM Message Notification - Customizable delivery options allow subscribers to be notified of voice mail, email, and fax messages upon arrival. Notification options include:
